FAQ’s

A: If you are an insurer partner or a member of the Movo Partnership Network, then you are invited to join us on 20^th April 2023.

A: This does vary depending on whether you are a broker with us or an insurer partner. However, please get in touch if you would like to know more.

A: We do encourage everyone to attend the full day event to get the most out of the networking & speakers. However, if you do need to leave early, please let us know & we can note this our end.

A: There are a range of hotels near to both of the venues which do vary in price.  We don’t have an arrangement with a local hotel this year for a reduction in rates.

A: Unfortunately, there are no specific parking areas at either of our venues for the day. However, there are a range of NCP’s around both venues, which also include long stay. Link to NCP website here.

A: There are 34 exhibitors with stands, covering a large number of our partners, and approximately 350 attendees from network brokers, Insurers, MGA’s & Suppliers etc. Click here.

A: Tickets to the awards dinner are very limited this year, so we can review your request but cannot guarantee additional tickets. However, to the conference part of the day at Aviva’s offices in London, we can be more flexible & allow for additional guests. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing anyone else & we will confirm back to you.

A: Yes, there is full disabled access to both venues.

A: Yes, there is refreshments provided throughout the day. So please advise if you have any specific dietary requirements on the booking form.

A: We have arranged for coaches to provide transport one way to Madame Tussauds for a maximum of 150 people, which must be booked in advance. Once the places have been taken, I would recommend you use public transport or taxi’s which should take around 30 minutes.

A: For the daytime part of the event, business attire & for the evening business attire or as glamorous as your like!
